What carriers do you use? At checkout you will be given the best shipping options for your location based on your order. For the UK, we use Royal Mail & DPD depending on the weight of your order.
How long does shipping usually take? It completely depends on your location and the shipping options available to you. These will be calculated at checkout and each shipping option will include an estimated delivery window. We do offer next day delivery in the UK if you order before 2pm.
Are duties and taxes included on my order? There are never any hidden fees to be paid after checkout through our online store. Depending on your location, sales taxes & import duties will either be included in the price displayed on the product, or they will be clearly visible at checkout. Either way, once you have checked out, that’s it - you’ve paid for everything & won’t be asked to pay any additional fees to get your order. Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back any import fees paid.
How do I track my order? You will receive an email with your tracking information - please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received an email.
Can I amend or cancel my order? You have 20 minutes from placing your order to make any changes, this can be done yourself via your confirmation email - there is no need to contact us to make any changes. You can change things like your delivery method, shipping address or even adding products to your order. Orders cannot be cancelled and 30 minutes after your order is placed you won't be able to make any changes to your order.
Do you offer exchanges? We offer free exchanges for customers in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, France, Belgium & Luxembourg. For anyone else, you will need to place a new order & return your existing order.
What is your returns policy? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of the date you received your order. Shipping & import duties are non-refundable.
Do your products come with a warranty? All Oneskee products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.
