We ship globally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

For our UK warehouse, all orders placed before 2pm UK time will be shipped the same day (excluding Sunday’s & Bank Holidays).

UK orders

All UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse - there are no additional duties & taxes to pay, your final price is shown at checkout.

US orders

US orders are shipped from either our US or UK warehouse, depending on inventory availability. Split shipments will only occur if the products you order are not available from the same location.

Duties & taxes are calculated at checkout, there are no hidden or extra fees to be paid after checkout - that is your final price.

CA orders

All Canadian orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

Duties & taxes are calculated at checkout, there are no hidden or extra fees to be paid after checkout - that is your final price.

EU orders

All orders from within the European Union are shipped from our Netherlands warehouse - there are no additional duties & taxes to pay, your final price is shown at checkout.

Any orders from European countries not in the European Union are shipped from our UK warehouse - all duties & taxes are included in the sale price, there are no hidden or extra fees at checkout or beyond.

ROW orders

All ROW orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

Duties & taxes are calculated at checkout, there are no hidden or extra fees to be paid after checkout - that is your final price.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns go through our online portal: https://returnsportal.shop/oneskee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of the date you received your order. Shipping & import duties are non-refundable.

All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to be accepted - we recommend trying your items on before removing any tags.

For faulty products, you can use the portal or visit our Warranty & Repairs page for more details.

Please allow 7-10 days from when we receive your return to process it in our warehouse - once we have processed your return, you’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive - this can vary from bank to bank & is out of our control.

UK orders

We offer free exchanges for UK orders & you have the option to have your exchanged item sent out immediately. For instant exchanges there will be a hold placed on your card for the full amount of the new goods, until we receive your returned goods back & they have been processed.

For returns, you have the option to ship it yourself, or there is a pre-paid label charged at £5.00 which is deducted from your refund.

US orders

US orders need to be returned to the same warehouse they were shipped from, so that will either be the US or UK.

For US domestic returns, you have the option to ship it yourself, or there is a pre-paid label charged at £10.00 which is deducted from your refund.

For US returns back to the UK, you have the option to ship it yourself, or there is a pre-paid label charged at £25.00 which is deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges for US orders.

For Canadian returns, you have the option to ship it yourself, or there is a pre-paid label charged at £30.00 which is deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges for Canadian orders.

EU orders

We offer free exchanges for European orders from Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, France, Belgium & Luxembourg. You have the option to have your exchanged item sent out immediately - for instant exchanges there will be a hold placed on your card for the full amount of the new goods, until we receive your returned goods back & they have been processed.

For European returns, you have the option to ship it yourself, or there is a pre-paid label charged at the below rate depending on your location, which is deducted from your refund;
