Warranty & Repairs

Built for adventure. Made to last.

At Oneskee, we design products to handle tough conditions and years of thorough use. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure that our products are made to the highest standards, so our customers can enjoy wearing them with confidence. But like any technical outerwear, accidents and issues can sometimes occur.

As a family run independent UK brand, we take a practical and sustainable approach to warranties and repairs - with our focus on keeping your Oneskee gear in use for as long as possible.

Warranty

We’ll always make things right where we can.

All Oneskee products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.

If something isn’t performing as it should, our team will assess the issue and always work with you to find a solution.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Repair guidance
  • Local repair reimbursement
  • Replacement parts
  • Product repair
  • Partial or full replacement

Every case is reviewed individually, to ensure we find the most fair, practical and sustainable outcome for all parties.

Covered under warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty stitching or seams
  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Material defects

Not covered:

  • General wear and tear
  • Cosmetic ageing
  • Accidental damage (tears, cuts, abrasions etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Issues resulting from crashes, abrasions, or external impacts

If you’re unsure whether your issue is covered, just get in touch - we’re always happy to help.

Repairs

Repair first, replace second.

We believe repairing products wherever possible is better for everyone - it reduces waste, removes unnecessary shipping, and helps your Oneskee stay on the mountain longer.

While we don’t operate a large in-house repair centre, we can often support repairs through local services in your area. If you’re located in the UK, it’s much more likely that we will be able to help with a repair ourselves.

In many cases, we may:

  • Recommend a local outdoor repair specialist
  • Contribute towards or cover repair costs
  • Provide replacement components where possible
  • Advise on the best repair approach

This approach is often faster, more environmentally friendly, and helps avoid unnecessary international shipping.

How it works

1. Contact us

Send our team:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

2. Assessment

We’ll review the issue and recommend the best next step.

3. Resolution

If a repair is the best option, we’ll either:

  • Help coordinate it
  • Support you in arranging a suitable local repair service

We appreciate that problems can be frustrating, they are for us as well as you. This is why we use top manufacturers and rigorous testing to ensure issues are limited.

But they happen, it would be unrealistic not to expect any.

We are a small family run business, so all we ask is for patience and understanding whilst we sort through it with you. We want a quick and fair resolution for everyone.
