If you want to ship to the EU or North America, then you need to head over to either https://www.oneskee.eu/ or https://www.oneskee.us/ where we ship locally from within the Netherlands and the US respectively.
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, you won’t be charged any additional taxes.
- Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm.
- Delivery is Monday to Saturday, no deliveries take place on Sunday’s or Bank Holidays.
- We use a combination of Evri, Royal Mail, DPD and DHL depending on the details of your order.
- Full tracking information will be sent to you via email once your goods have been dispatched.
- There is a two hour cancellation window before we begin processing your order. After this point it is not possible to amend or cancel your order.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back on the import fees paid.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to our fulfilment centre, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
All returns are free when using our returns labels.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a full refund within 30 working days of you receiving your order. We do not refund shipping costs. Outside of this 30 working day period we are unable to offer a refund. We offer one free return per order. You must return all items you wish to be refunded in one shipment, if you decide to return your order in more than one shipment, additional return costs must be paid for and arranged by the customer.
All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to qualify for a refund. We recommend trying your items on for size before removing any tags or protective tissue paper.
If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to fulfilmentuk@oneskee.com before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.
