All transactions on Oneskee's website form a contract between you ("the Customer") and "Oneskee". We have detailed the terms and conditions under which Oneskee operates its website and which you as a consumer, the "Customer", accept by that use. These terms and conditions spell out what you can expect from Oneskee and what Oneskee can expect from you by your use of our website. By using our website you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

Colour representation

Oneskee understands how important colour is when buying clothing. Every effort has been made to ensure that product photography on our website is representative of the actual product. When viewing products online, please note that different devices and screen settings may result in a slight variance between the colour shown and the actual product. While we endeavour to ensure that photographs and product descriptions are accurate, you may return your item for a full refund if your expectations are not completely met, subject to our Returns Policy.

Oneskee has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of fraudulent payment methods and has implemented a number of systems to protect customers from fraud. Oneskee undertakes a number of random security checks, some of which may involve contacting you. These checks provide additional consumer protection against fraudulent use of payment cards.


Right to cancel

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that the cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. This cancellation right does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to order.
