All orders from this store are shipped from the UK. All shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your order.
All orders placed before 2pm UK time will be shipped the same day (excluding Sunday’s & Bank Holidays).
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, you won’t be charged any additional taxes.
If you order from this store & your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back any import fees paid.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to our fulfilment centre, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
You have 30 minutes from placing your order to make any changes, this can be done yourself via your confirmation email - there is no need to contact us to make any changes. You can change things like your delivery method, shipping address or even add products to your order. Orders can't be cancelled and 30 minutes after your order is placed you won't be able to make any changes to your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (shipping & duties/taxes are non-refundable).
If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to contact@oneskee.com before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.
All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to avoid any charges. We recommend trying your items on for size before removing any tags or protective tissue paper. Please ensure you send your items back in their original packaging to ensure you're not charged any additional surcharges which can occur if you send your items back in larger boxes/packaging.
UK Mainland customers can process a return or exchange online here.
We offer free exchanges for UK customers & you have the option to have your exchanged item sent out immediately, rather than having to wait for us to receive your returned goods first. For instant exchanges, there will be a hold placed on your card for the full amount of the new goods, until we receive your returned goods back.
Returns are charged at £5.00 for all UK Mainland domestic returns & this amount will be deducted from your refund amount. This also includes Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man.
If you're from outside of the UK Mainland, you still use the same portal here to make a return, but depending on where you're from there may or may not be a pre-paid label option. For those without a pre-paid option, you will have to follow the instructions for using your own shipping label. This allows you to choose the most cost effective way to return your items. You must send your package tracked to ensure you are insured against it being lost in transit back to our warehouse.

We do not offer exchanges for countries outside of the UK.
Please allow 7-10 days from when we receive your return to process it in our warehouse - once we have processed your return, you’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive - this can vary from bank to bank.
